Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and RC999 ("RC999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at rc999.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, live dealer games and any promotional or loyalty programmes.

RC999 is an English-language online gaming information and gaming platform targeting Pakistani users. The Platform is accessible internationally and is operated under the terms of the applicable operator license. RC999 does not hold a Pakistan-issued gambling license and does not represent that online gambling is authorised or regulated by any Pakistani governmental authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), or any provincial authority.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an Account, access any Services or place any Bet. RC999 conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

The presence of an 18+ notice does not imply that gambling is legal in Pakistan. Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, restricts certain gambling activities. Users must assess their own legal position independently.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating or using multiple Accounts, whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or for any other purpose, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

RC999 reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to users from specific jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to confirm that using the Platform is lawful where you are located. RC999 does not represent that its Services are appropriate or legally available to all users in Pakistan.

3.4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are not eligible to register or hold an Account:

• Individuals under 18 years of age or under the minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction;
• Individuals located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Employees, contractors or agents of RC999 or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming platform;
• Individuals acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility rules.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information, including a valid email address, date of birth and other requested details. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. RC999 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

RC999 may require identity verification at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance, fraud prevention or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) purposes. Verification documents typically include:

• A government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport is the most commonly accepted form;
• Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, where required;
• A selfie or liveness verification, as directed by the Platform's verification system;
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used to deposit, where applicable.

Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. Users must never submit altered, obscured or falsified documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available to eligible Users for personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. All other use is prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Engage in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating or manipulation of any game or betting market;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation;
• Exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such activity must be reported immediately to support;
• Engage in money laundering, tax evasion or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract the Platform's underlying code or algorithms;
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users or RC999 personnel.

5.3 Licence Grant

Subject to compliance with these Terms, RC999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Familiar payment references used in Pakistan include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The mention of these payment methods serves as a local contextual reference only. RC999 does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with online gambling or this Platform. Actual payment method availability, minimum deposit amounts, maximum limits and processing timelines are subject to the operator's current payment infrastructure and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC process. Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times and permitted withdrawal methods are detailed in the Platform's payment section and may be updated from time to time. RC999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual account activity is detected.

6.3 Currency

Account balances and transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as determined by the operator. Any currency conversion is conducted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may include a spread. Users should review applicable rates before transacting.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

RC999 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism. The Platform operates AML controls in accordance with the requirements of the applicable license jurisdiction. Users must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Users as detailed in the specific terms of each promotion. RC999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address or payment method is permitted unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings or bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games or bet types, minimum odds restrictions (where applicable) and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the Bonus system — including but not limited to hedging bets, placing low-risk combinations to fulfil wagering requirements, or creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses more than once — constitutes Bonus abuse. RC999 reserves the right to void Bonuses, withhold winnings and close Accounts in such cases.

7.4 Modification and Cancellation

RC999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect Bonuses already credited to a User's Account unless there is evidence of abuse or a material error in the original promotion terms.

Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All Bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the details of their Bet — including the event, market, odds and stake — before confirmation. RC999 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a Bet once it has been accepted and confirmed.

8.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a Bet being confirmed. RC999 reserves the right to suspend markets, void Bets or refuse a stake at its discretion, including in cases of suspicious betting patterns, manifest errors in published odds or events outside our control. This applies equally to cricket markets (PSL, ICC T20, Test matches), football, UFC, esports and all other sporting categories.

8.3 Void Bets

A Bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned; a clear and manifest error in the published odds; a market being settled in error; or the discovery that the outcome of an event was known to the bettor at the time the Bet was placed.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits per Bet are determined by RC999 and may vary by sport, event, market type and individual User account status. RC999 reserves the right to apply specific stake limits to individual Accounts without prior notice.

Responsible Gambling

RC999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits and self-exclusion. Users are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces and software — is the property of RC999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no ownership rights in or to any Platform content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of RC999. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RC999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

RC999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension & Termination

RC999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false information during registration; or reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance not subject to active withdrawal restrictions will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC completion. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus funds may be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RC999's operator is licensed, as applicable from time to time. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of the country in which you are located.

Amendments

RC999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform — through a banner, email notification or in-platform alert — prior to the changes taking effect. For minor or non-material changes, continued use of the Platform following publication of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
